Colden Risk Professionals will
perform a detailed risk identification and assessment profile for your
organization.Since identified risks may have
varying impact on the organization, not all risks carry the prospect of loss or
damage. During the risk identification process, further risk opportunities may
arise, as types of risk with positive impact or outcomes are identified.
Colden provides risk metrics which will rank the risks of your business and the
priority of treatments and mitigation.
Risk Treatments
Having identified and evaluated
your risks, Colden Risk Professionals will provide guidance on steps involved
with the identification of appropriate actions for managing these risks, the
evaluation and assessment of their results or impact, and the specification and
implementation of treatment plans. Examples of treatment strategies are:

Retention Mitigation Transfer
Avoidance- Not performing the
activity that would carry the risk
Retention- Accepting the loss
when it occurs
Mitigation- Efforts taken to
reduce either the probability or consequences of a threat
Transfer- Means by which another
party accept the risk (usually by contract)
