IH & Safety Specialist
Working out of Colden’s Albany area office, Mr. Milewski serves as an Industrial Hygiene and Safety Specialist.
Mr. Milewski began his training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command within the United States Navy. Prior to graduating, Mr. Milewski was honorably discharged and moved on to attend Penn State University before transferring to Slippery Rock University’s Safety Management Program. While working towards his Bachelor of Science degree, Mr. Milewski completed coursework in environmental, health, and safety topics such as General Industry and Construction Safety, Hazardous Waste and Materials, Industrial Hygiene Principles, Injury and Damage Incidents Evaluation, Ergonomics, Emergency Management and Fire Services, Security in the Workplace, Environmental Permitting, and Safety Training. After graduating, Mr. Milewski went on to acquire his Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) designation and is currently an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).
Since joining Colden, Mr. Milewski has served clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, consumer manufacturing, and education. He has conducted and assisted in industrial hygiene monitoring campaigns, gathered and managed data for COVID-19 program analysis, and researched and compiled chemical information for building occupancy safety code requirements.
In his free time, Mr. Milewski can be found traveling and enjoying the outdoors. He is an avid hiker, kayaker, and snowboarder during the winter months. He enjoys learning and is working to attain his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designations as soon as he is eligible.
