As a Project Consultant, Jeremy Teed provides a variety of environmental, health, and safety services from Colden’s Boston office, with experience in exposure assessment, industrial hygiene air sampling, and health and safety compliance.
Mr. Teed obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health Science from Clarkson University with a minor in Environmental Engineering. While there, he designed a field model for validating and testing a directional horizontal well for in situ treatment of contaminated groundwater, for the Department of Defense’s Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP).
Prior to joining the Colden team, Mr. Teed served 8 years in the US Army as an infantryman, transportation management coordinator, and interior electrician. He earned the rank of Sergeant (E-5) and received an honorable discharge. His notable deployments include Iraq and South Korea. He also has experience in a diverse group of fields to include aluminum smelting, automotive, and water well drilling.
Mr. Teed is an avid hiker whose notable trips include the Annapurna region of Nepal, High Tatras of Slovakia, and a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. He spent his college years serving on a rescue squad as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) and now volunteers with New England K9 Search and Rescue.
