Jonathan Ditzler

Project Manager

Working out of Colden Corporation’s Philadelphia area office, Mr. Jonathan Ditzler serves as a Project Manager. He performs environmental services including hazardous materials surveys, compliance reviews, site assessments, and indoor air quality evaluations.

Mr. Ditzler has extensive experience in environmental due diligence services for various property development, legal, and commercial clients throughout the US.  He has conducted hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial and industrial properties including storage and distribution, vehicle maintenance, chemical processing, and manufacturing facilities. This includes portfolio projects for the acquisition of entire business units or companies. In conjunction with due diligence services, Mr. Ditzler has conducted compliance reviews and/or limited safety reviews for food production, recycling, laboratory services, and HVAC supply operations. In addition, he has conducted hazardous materials surveys, including asbestos, lead-based paint, and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) sampling.  He has also conducted Preliminary Assessments and Site Investigations for industrial facilities in New Jersey and has experience in conducting historical evaluations for the potential use/discharge of emerging contaminants, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), for sites enrolled in the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Site Remediation Program.

Prior to joining the Colden Team, Mr. Ditzler worked as a consulting Senior Scientist managing due diligence and remedial investigation projects. Mr. Ditzler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Bucknell University. He is a Pennsylvania certified Asbestos Building Inspector.

In his free time, Mr. Ditzler enjoys walks with his dogs, tennis, and movies. He also enjoys volunteering, including working on his local township Special Events Committee, and he and his wife foster senior dogs for a local rescue.
