Having joined Colden in 2011, Joshua Yancy provides consulting services in light manufacturing. He specializes in ensuring employee safety related to tool hook-ups and minimizing hazards and risks associated with utilities.
Mr. Yancy received a Bachelor of Science from Keene State College of New Hampshire majoring in Safety Studies. He is certified in OSHA’s 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) standard training and is also certified in 30-hour general industry safety and health, ergonomics, and OSHA’s 30-hour construction standards.
Mr. Yancy’s experience has also featured the performance of construction safety audits and the implementation of safety checklists for tool installation and utilities hook-ups. Other notable work by Mr. Yancy includes renovation-related environmental and asbestos management for commercial and industrial clients. Additionally, he has performed community air monitoring at an environmental remediation site in the active work zone and at the property perimeter.
