March 5th – 8th, 2019
Colden will attend and sponsor the 2019 American Bar Association midwinter meeting of the Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee on March 5th – 8th. The meeting will be held at the El San Juan Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The committee follows developments under the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act, as well as various state plans through which occupational safety and health laws and regulations are enforced.
