Michael B. McElhinny,
Mike McElhinny provides guidance regarding indoor air quality, welding health and safety, and occupational health and safety associated with heavy and light manufacturing. Mr. McElhinny consults extensively on asbestos and lead paint issues for industrial, commercial, and educational facilities.
Mr. McElhinny holds a bachelor of science in earth science from Gannon University. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, maintaining certification in the chemical aspects.
Mike McElhinny’s career of more than 20 years has featured an emphasis on industrial hygiene and safety in heavy industrial facilities. He began his career as an environmental specialist at the Erie County Department of Health, and continued as an air quality department head at Microbac Laboratories, as a safety and security supervisor at RMI Environmental Services, and as global industrial hygiene and chemical management leader at GE Transportation in Erie, Pennsylvania.
