Human Resources Manager

Katie Podsiedlik serves as the Human Resources and Administrative Manager based in Colden’s Syracuse office. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, she oversees the complete employee life cycle, including benefits administration and compliance, along with broader administrative department management. 

Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Cortland, along with a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). While attending university, she served in roles of increasing responsibility at SUNY Cortland’s Career Services Office and earned several awards for her outstanding contributions to the department. 

Outside of work, Katie is an avid reader and leads a book club that she started in her neighborhood. She also enjoys gardening both seasonal vegetables and roses. Most of all, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
