Operations Manager

Krystal Haas-Mite serves as Operations Manager based in Colden’s Albany office. She oversees daily operations, business processes, and manages resources, with a focus on marketing, finance, and IT. She has over 15 years of marketing and IT management experience.  

Krystal holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. During her graduate studies, she was inducted into The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and obtained a certificate in Leadership from NSLS. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany.

In her free time, Krystal enjoys refinishing and building furniture. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and two children.
